Assamese fish curry

Hello, guys this is my first blog so I'll be pleased if you like it don't forget to comment. Here the above mentioned mantra belong to goddess Annapurna, as my blog is all about food and diverse Indian culture i want to start it with the blessings of annapurna. 
So I start it with my intro, I'm swaswati kumari and I'll give some recipe tips for the delicious Assamese fish curry. My local friend must aware of it but this meant for knowledge and sharing purpose only so here I'm with a dish which is the easiest and in budget. Don't just read, just try to cook it to impress your loved one. Hope you guys will love it and don't forget to follow me on blogger and comment your valuable feedback.
So, we need very few ingredients for this vary Assamese fish curry and these Ingredients are:- 
1. Fish- ½kg
2. Cauliflower- 5 bunches
3. Green turnip- 2 ps
4. Garlic- 1 ps
5. Ginger- 1inch
6. Onion- 2 ps (finely chopped) 
7. Chilly- 6 ps
8. Potato -1 ps (chopped in square size? 
9. Dry chilly- 2 ps
10. Bay leaf- 2 ps
11. Turmeric powder-½ teaspoon
12. Jeera powder-½ tea spoon
13. Coriander powder- ½spoon 
14. Salt 1/½ spoon(depends on your taste) 
15. And finally give fresh coriander leaf that come out in your five finger tips.
Recipe:

Firstly wash out the fish properly and mix it up with salt and turmeric in a bowl and fry it in an low flame in your pan till it get roasted (remember this is not chicken so roast it gently). Then keep the roasted fish a side and put 5 tablespoons of oil in a pan and let the oil be heated in high flame. After the oil get heated reduce the flame and give the bay leaf and panch puran in the oil and mix it. Now turn on your stove and on a medium flame, give the chopped onion in that mixture and cook it until it get golden colour. After that give the green turnip slices, cauliflower 5 bunches (in 2 pieces) and potato and mix it with the remaining in medium flame, then put the ginger garlic paste, salt to taste and turmeric ½ teaspoon and again mix it well then cover it for 2-3 minutes and after that. You'll have to check the mix once and pour a little cumin powder into it and mix it up and cover it for 3-4 minutes in medium flame.         
After 3-4 minutes Remove the lid and cook until the mixture gets dry.
After the mixture gets dry, pour 3½ glasses of water into the mixture and place it to boil as well. After it's gets boiled give the roasted fish to it and keep it for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes take out the potatoe square and the green turnip and smash them, then add it to the curry again and some salt according to taste. Then put the curry for 5 minutes in flame with ½ teaspoon coriander powder, then turn off the flame and put down the pan and spread some fresh coriander on it. 
Serve it hot with plain rice and enjoy the delicacy.
