Small fish curry

Ingredients:-
Fish- ½kg
Oil- 6-7 tablespoons
Chilly- 5-6(chopped)
Onion- 2(chopped)
Garlic- 1
Ginger- 1inch
Turmeric powder- ½ teaspoon
Cumin powder- ½ teaspoon
Coriander powder- ½ teaspoon
Salt- 1 table spoon( according to your taste)
Chilly powder- a little bit ( optional)
Method:-
First wash the fish thoroughly and keep aside.Then mix in a bit of salt and turmeric in the fish. Now turn on the stove and keep the pan on it. After that give oil in the pan and then place the oil in the pan and allow it to heat up into the high flame. Fry the fish in medium flame after oil is heated. Fish Fried or slightly Fried it's up to you. If you fry the fish a little then there will be more taste in fish curry. Place the fish in a bowl after frying it. Now put the onion in the oil that remains in the pan and fry the onion till it's get slightly golden. After the onion gets slightly golden reduce the stove in low flame and give little turmeric in onion,fry it for 2 minutes.
Then give the Fried fish in it and Mix it up a little bit in medium flame. After mixing reduce the flame and give ginger garlic paste, ½ teaspoon jeera powder,a little bit red chilly powder and 5 chopped chilly. Then mix it again 3-5 minutes in high flame. And after 3-5 minutes give 1 glass of water in it and slightly mix it. Now cover it and keep the curry to bring to boil 10 minutes in medium flame.
After 10 minutes check salt after bring to good boil in curry. If the curry has been salted, put a ½ teaspoon coriander powder into it and turn the stove off but if curry didn't have salt then give salt as per your taste and keep it to cook well 3-4 minutes in high flame.
After 3-4 minutes put a ½ teaspoon coriander powder into it and turn the stove off. Serve this curry with plain rice and enjoy it.
