Hello friends, Hope all are you doing good.
I always come up with new dishes for you,so today we make a Chinese dish. We have been doing some indian dishes, so lets make a change now. It's a very easy recipe and It's spicy, tangy and sweet in taste.
All of you do try this dishe. When you like it don't forget to follow and share. So without any wasting time let's see how to make tasty and easy dragon chicken.


Ingredients:-

Chicken:- 500g
Oil for deep frying + 1 tablespoon oil
Salt to taste
Red chilly powder:- 1 teaspoon
Garam masala powder:- 1 teaspoon
Ginger-garlic paste:- 1 tablespoon
Egg:- 1-2
Cornstarch:- 1 tablespoon
Refined flour:- 1 tablespoon
Chicken stock as per needed
Chopped ginger:- 1 teaspoon
Chopped garlic:- 1 tablespoon
Crushed black pepper to taste
Yellow capsicum:- 1 medium
Red capsicum:- 1 medium
½ cup chopped onion
Green chillies:- 1-2 chopped
Tomato ketchup:- ¼ cup
Chicken stock:- ½ cup
Soya sauce:- 1 teaspoon
Vinegar:- 1 teaspoon
Cashew nuts:- ½ cup (fry)
Spring onion greens:- ½ cup

Lets begin to make the dish now. 

Method:-

Firstly we have taken 500g of boneless chicken breast here and Remember that You always make dragon chicken using the breast part of chicken. Wash it using 2 tablespoons vinegar and 1 teaspoon salt and soak the chicken in this for 10 minutes and then wash it thoroughly. Now lets cut it thinly slice. While cutting the chicken make sure that you don't cut them very thin because It won't taste good and it will look like no flesh. You always use fresh chicken, it's healthy for us. We have washed the pieces and kept it ready. Now lets marinate the pieces. So take a bowl and transfer the chicken pieces. Now add salt, ½ teaspoon chilly powder, 1 teaspoon garam masala powder, crushed black peppercorns, egg(egg helps marinate of the chicken) and ginger- garlic paste, mix it very well. After that make sure all the chicken pieces are coated well, this is done and keep aside to marinate the chicken for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes take the marinate chicken, an add cornstarch and refined flour along with some chicken stock and mix it nicely. After that put sufficient oil in the pan for frying the chicken pieces. When the oil is heated, let's add the chicken pieces to the oil in medium flame and remember the oil shouldn't be very hot where smoke comes. Now deep fry the chicken till the golden colour and crisp. Please be careful when you frying the chicken. Let's fry all the chicken pieces this way. When the colour of chicken is golden and crisp then drain the chicken on absorbent paper. We have now fried all the pieces. Kids will like this fried chicken and you can give them as snacks in their tiffin box too. Now we have to cut the vegetables, we have 2 colour bell peppers or capsicum and tomatoes. Cut them into triangles shape. After that we have to prepare to fry the cashew nuts and I'm using the oil which I fried chicken pieces. Let's take little of that oil. You may use cashew nuts for this as much as you want. There is no special amount for this. Fry the cashew nuts until the golden colour. When the cashew nuts became golden, keep it and set aside because we use this only at the end. If we use the cashew nuts in the beginning, then there will be no crispness. 
Now we prepare the sauce, turn on the stove and take a non-stick pan on it. After that add 1 tablespoon oil in the pan and heat it. When the oil is heated add ginger and stir for 30 seconds. Then add green chillies in it, mix it and stir 10-15 second and now add garlic and onion, mix again and stir until the golden colour. After that add capsicum and tomato's triangles, stir and mix it well. Now add remaining chilli powder, garam masala and crushed black peppercorns , again stir and mix it. After that add tomato ketchup and soya sauce, mix it nicely. Now add the chicken stock and pinch of salt, stir it. Let we taste the sauce and see the salt, sweet, spice and all are there. Remember always taste the sauce at this stage and adjust according to your taste because taste of sauces would change according to their brands. So always be careful with that. Now we add the fried chicken, vinegar and ¾ of the fried cashew nuts, mix and stir it nicely. Lastly add the spring onion greens in it and mix it well. 
Now our dragon chicken is ready so turn off the stove and garnish with remaining fried cashew nuts and spring onion greens.
Serve hot this dish with noodles and fried rice also use as a starter.
